With over 3 years of personal training experience, I help women build strength, confidence, and consistency on their fitness journeys, through balanced training that blends weights and cardio, inspired by my own 4 stone transformation.

Alongside face to face and online coaching, I teach classes at Fervid Fitness and run Club Evolve, a community comprised of all my clients focused on accountability, friendship, and long-term progress through private classes, competitions, team days, clubs, and more.
