It’s simple, you earn points for activites related to our club. Such as attending classes, referring friends and family, making purchases, attending the club and just for being an awsome member. Once you have accumulated points you can begin redeeming rewards. You could redeem 125 points for a Coffee, or 9000 for a free years membership. You can’t lose with Fervid rewards.

As a Fervid member, you will automatically receive emails when you earn points. You click the “???” button in the email or choose 'Fervid Rewards' on our Mobile App. This will allow you to register and create a rewards account.

Points are tracked using the email address you have on file with us. Earn points by completing eligible activities at the club. For example, Club attendance, class attendance, social media post, referring friends.

Sign in to your Rewards account, Click Redeem and select the perk you want. Show the front desk team your voucher via printout or phone to redeem your perk.

From the Rewards site click the “Refer a friend link”, and submit your friend’s email as a referral. Then your friend visits the club and earns points using the same email address that you used to refer them. You are automatically rewarded for the referral.

Existing members are excluded. Only new members after 1st July 2026.

You must have a current and valid membership in order to redeem points.

Cancelling your membership also closes your rewards account. Rejoining the club will reset your points tally. Points cannot be transfered to another person or from one membership to another.

Fervid Fitness may, at its sole discretion, offer the Rewards Program  (the "Program") pursuant to which members may be awarded reward points through use of the Rewards website, and certain other activities that Fervid Fitness designates from time to time.

Opting in to email communication from Fervid Fitness allows Fervid/Perkville to maintain the integrity of your rewards account.

You may opt out of receiving email from Fervid Fitness at any time you wish. But please remember, once you opt out, you will also not receive email updates on points.

Fervid Fitness may, without notice, terminate the Program at any time, change the Program rules, benefits, conditions of participation, the goods or services offered in redemption of reward points, the number of points required to redeem goods and services, make no future awards, and void all prior points awarded, for any participant or all participants in the program, at its sole discretion, at any time.

These changes may be made even though such changes may affect the value of the reward points already accumulated.

Fervid Fitness has the right to change the Program at any time, without notice.

All reward points must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Program. Reward points may only be exchanged for such goods and services from clubs managed by Fervid Fitness as determined by Fervid management at the time of redemption. Reward points may not be exchanged for cash. Fervid Fitness assumes no liability for any prior offers which may have been presented, but which is not a current offer at the time of redemption.

Retroactive credit will not be given for activities undertaken prior to enrollment of the awards program.

Fervid Fitness makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the Program or any goods or services provided through the Program.

All interpretations of these rules, terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Fervid Fitness.
