What to Report:


  • Unsafe behaviour or use of equipment
  • Disrespect towards staff or other members
  • Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct
  • Repeated poor gym etiquette (e.g., not cleaning equipment, hogging machines, etc.)
  • Anything else that doesn’t feel right



What Happens After You Report:


  • Your feedback is completely anonymous.
  • Our management team will review the report.
  • If necessary, we’ll handle the situation discreetly, professionally, and in line with our gym policies.
